When will my order be delivered? When your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number for shipment tracking. So you always know exactly where your order is and when it is expected to be delivered. The average shipping time is 2 to 4 working days. If there are delays with the respective shipping partner, please contact us. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible. The status of my shipment does not change. What can I do? Please note that it may take some time before you can see the delivery status of your shipment. Your order will be delivered to you within 2-4 working days. Is delivery to a Packstation possible? Yes, we also deliver to packing stations. For the shipping address, please enter the packing station in the "Company" field and your personal postal number in the "Street and house number" field. How much are the shipping costs? We will deliver your ordered items directly to your home free of charge. What do I have to do if my delivery address changes? As long as your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping partner, our customer service can make changes to the shipping address. If your order has already been dispatched, please contact the relevant shipping partner directly or obtain the necessary information from the tracking number/tracking number of the shipment. Is there express shipping? Express shipping is currently not possible. However, we will continue to expand our service in your interests. I received an incomplete or wrong delivery? If you have received an incomplete or incorrect delivery, we sincerely apologize in advance. Please contact our customer service. He will immediately take care of a replacement delivery or exchange and check this. If the package cannot be delivered when the delivery attempt is made, your shipment will be taken to the nearest post office and can be picked up there.
